I played Journey over the weekend and it’s fucking delightful. The visual design is amazing. I had no choice but to play with my style a bit and create some really basic simple characters. Focusing purely on design and simplicity is refreshing and so is the game.

Art Order Challenge

Managed to throw down on an Art Order Challenge this week. I had a good time with it. The process is up on Wipnation, which I recently signed up for. It’s a cool forum because it integrates a revision history and a visual crit system into the galleries. Something I think some of the more high profile sites are missing…
